It looks like there has been a severe issue on the SMTP server, so emails haven’t been sent in the latest weeks – I don’t know exactly since when.
This issues prevented new users from register, as the system was unable to send the verification email – in fact, in order to activate a new account, a verification code is sent at the email address entered during registration, to ensure that it is not a fake email address.
Whoever has tried to register with no success is kindly required to try either logging in and asking for the verification email to be sent again, or to register again.
In case of any problem, please write a comment at bottom of this blog post.
