oDesk is an online marketplace where people who need custom software development can find and hire developers
I made a quick review of the oDesk service here. My main concern about this service is that it's quite hard to get jobs if your hourly rate is higher than 15$.
Very surprisingly, they have cut off their fees from 30$ to 10$ - from now on it will be a bit easier for people with higher hourly rates to get a project using their services.
